The short version
We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across apps and websites. Our games do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or photos. Dino Dominion sends a small amount of anonymous gameplay and crash information so we can make the game better, and you can turn it off in the game's Settings at any time.
This policy explains what information SAD Technologies, LLC ("SAD Technologies", "we", "us") handles when you use our games, including Dino Dominion, and this website. It applies to every app published by SAD Technologies or SAD Games unless that app's App Store listing links to a different policy.
What our games collect
Dino Dominion collects the following, and nothing else:

In Apple's App Store privacy terms this is Usage Data (Product Interaction) and Diagnostics (Crash Data), both not linked to you and not used for tracking.
What we never collect
- Your name, email address, phone number or physical address
- Precise or coarse location
- Contacts, photos, microphone or camera data
- The advertising identifier (IDFA) or any cross-app tracking identifier
- Payment details (Apple processes all purchases; we never see your card)
- The names you give your park or your dinosaurs
Your choices
Gameplay statistics are on by default and can be switched off at any time in Dino Dominion under Settings → Share Anonymous Gameplay Stats. When it is off, the game sends nothing to us.
Separately, if you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may share crash reports with us. You control that choice in iOS, iPadOS and visionOS.
Apple services
Our games use Apple services that you control directly through your Apple Account. Information handled by these services is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours.
- iCloud. Your saved parks sync through your own private iCloud storage so you can continue on another device. We cannot read your iCloud data.
- Game Center. If you are signed in, achievements and leaderboard scores are handled by Game Center. You can sign out in Settings.
- App Store purchases. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive only an anonymous confirmation that an unlock is valid on your device.
Service providers
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service hosted in the European Union, to receive the anonymous gameplay statistics and crash summaries described above. TelemetryDeck processes this data only on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else, and we never sell or rent it.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our players, our studio or the public.
This website
sadtechnologies.com does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like every website, our hosting provider may keep short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply to you.
How long we keep it
Anonymous gameplay statistics and crash summaries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you, and no longer than 24 months after the conversation ends.
Children
Our games are suitable for a wide audience and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). The anonymous statistics described above contain no personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information about you, and to object to or restrict how it is used. Because the gameplay data we receive is anonymous, we usually cannot link it to you; turning off Share Anonymous Gameplay Stats stops any further collection. For any request, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security and transfers
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Our analytics provider stores data in the European Union; where information is transferred between countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by law.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app before it takes effect.
